If u had taken the trouble to read my FR on Apple (page 7),u would not have wasted your hard-earned money and time on Apple who had given u a bad and frustrating experience ( bad service and attitude ).Just do not undestand that why in these very bad economic times where competition is very stiff,u still can find HC gals providing poor service and attitude to their customers,with the result that the customers will not and never look for them anymore in future. That is,the HC gals who provide poor service and attitude will not have repeat customers or regulars but only one-time or one-off transaction.I also had received a poor service and attitude from Apple previously.Once she saw me sitting at the TV room and she came over to say hello to me and chitchat with me .I did not tell her to F.O.I did not ignore her point-blank but eventually I also did not book her that day.

Presently,there are 3 receptionists at Hotel Grand HC -- 1 young gal and 2 middle-aged women.I agree and conclude that there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of service and attitude especially never see the receptionists smile at all . Even the 2 Ah Sohs (Coffee-ladies on alternate duty)at the canteen also never see them smile at all,all the time black face and talkative ,see also sian,and sometimes when customers want to drink coffee but no cups ,don't know where the Ah Soh hide the cups ! Once my friend got shouted at by the Ah Soh (plump,with spectables and short hair) for not turning off the shower tap in the bathroom.My friend as a customer got fed up and angry and shouted back at her in return.My friend shouted at her :"Did u see/witness with your own eyes that I did not turn off the tap ? If no,then why u anyhow accuse me of not turning off the tap ? And why must u shout at me ? Why u cannot tell me in a polite and courteous manner ?Why must u shout at me with a black face,because u are in a bad mood today (menstruation?) ? And the plump Ah Soh just keep quiet and dare not answer back to my friend .Why ? because she discovered later that the tap is leaking and could not be turned off.
The worst thing is that she never even apologised to my friend for her rude and impolite service and attitude ! as if she is the owner of the HC (NB.The HC boss is Rose).So the next time ,the plump talkative Ah Soh saw my friend and I,we stared back at her,and she immediately shut off her bloody CBM ! and avoid looking at us.Sometimes we brothers must be tough and fierce to these rude and discourteous service providers to teach them a lesson,as they don't give us face and give us no choice.

But from now on I'll research more carefully before wasting my money, which, come to think of, I didn't!

I have been going to HC for 20 years and I had another similar encounter many years ago, where I also got my money back! + one other time where I got a free next visit.

I also had at least 2 cases where I refused to pay AFTER getting serviced but badly.

Wah piang,u very daring ah,dare to demand back your money from HC as usually HC also got their own protection.
From my knowledge,the practice is that if the massage has started,and u didn't reject the masseuse initially,then u have to pay for the full massage fee (no refund) regardless of whether the massage is good or lousy,so it is very seldom we ever heard of such things as refund,free next visit or refusal to pay.But maybe for u is an exception because u have succeeded in exercising your rights as a consumer !

so if u need it, then she pretend looking for it, then u pai seh and hv to give them tips.

This place if u go often and no tips given to the auntie then the service to u, will be purposely ignore.
These r all the tricks played in hc.

Then another thing abt tis place , if u paid 30 for hj all the time, then those gals inside ,especially those young one, would make a gossips inside the staff room.
