Just back from SH for a short work trip.

Had read about all the high costs in SH so didn’t really had much high hopes. Had a late dinner at a nearby shopping mall and decided to launch Baidu map to scout the area. Using the keyword 按摩 gave quite a few hits. Can’t really see the full reviews becos no CN number to register an account so had to make do with what’s available for view.

Saw some suspicious massage listings (vague description, late opening hours) etc.

Not that adventurous to try that (from the listing saw quite a few other shady looking massage shops in the same building). Using Baidu maps’ street view mode, saw the building and it looks abit run down. Definitely not some place a non local should go along.

Alas feeling sore from the hard work the past few days, decided to try out this Thai style massage shop. From the outlook it does look decent. Faces a big mall by the road.

Just before I went in, saw 2 local ladies heading in (customers, not ML).

While checking the counter for the services, my foreign Chinese accent seemed to have opened some doors. A female manager just ushers me up after I told her that I want a 100min oil massage (they don’t have 60min listed).

So followed her to level2 and went in to a nicely decorated room. So far the experience has been that this looks like a 100% legit place. Just after I placed my bag on the chair, the lady asked in mandarin: mister , we have a new package that costs around 600 for 70min. Do you want to try?

Well I was gamed for anything since there’s no expectation at all. So I replied yes. Next she led me to another smaller corner room that is darker. Only a massage bed and some clothes hangers etc inside.

A young ML shortly came in and gave me disposable towel and shorts and off I went to clean up.

She gave me a nice oil massage and slowly went south. A simple nice and long HDLY was given to me while she was chatting about SEA.

Shortly turned over and she asked if I wanted autoroam. Read a tip that must always ask about the price. She quoted 500 rmb and shortly afterwards, unhooked her blouse and bra and pulled down her pants including underwear.

All in all I paid 600+ 500 rmb for a happy ending. Ok for a one off foreign experience but will probably do without the autoroam next time.

Contacted the spa via WeChat. DM them keyword suggested by 1day0nights. I decided to go to another place first on Day 2 (report to come). On final day literally with less than 4 hours left, I went to said spa.

It looks seemingly 'legit' from the reception. Ushered in. Small talk with reception on package. The magic of traslate APP (since my Chinese is near zero).

Was offered 698 (60 minutes with head, back, thigh massage) and 998 (80 minutes same as 60 minutes with assist bath). Yes, a bit premium as it's near Xintindi area and the bro did mention the price clearly in his report so I was prepared for it. Chose 698 since I know I'll have to top more later.

They send first lady. I refused. They send second one, younger but complexion not great. Refused. I DM in Wechat and told them my spec and if third one don't do the trick, I'll leave. So they send in third one who's a 7 on my scale. Decent face, mid to late 20, medium size non-surgery breast (yes I could from outfit with my Superman vision LOL).

She confirmed my package. Led me to shower (alone since I chose 698). Went back to room. In the translator APP she said "don't offer Chinese massage" so I though it meant no hanky type. I guess it's opposite as I found out quickly. The first 5 minutes were decent press on the back but even then she was doing those fake moan.

Then it quickly progress to building you up and getting you horny. I just asked her via app to state her option. Chose 998. Peck but no full kiss. And don't let me auto roam too much. I added some telegram group which has like a network of shops and FL in Shanghai but not sure legit or not. Shop with selection is starting 498. FL selection from 600 to few k RMB. Anyone tried before? Not sure if I should take the plunge as it is quite near my hotel...any advice is much appreciated.

The biggest thing to be aware of is the "hidden fee." When the girls get you all hard up, they'll pop questions like topping up membership or paying extra to be able to touch them etc.

My biggest advice is to look for shops that has that "no hidden fee. no membership." disclaimer in there. You should also ask them this directly. Personally, nothing kill my boner faster than negotiation during the act.

Yes bro I saw that some shops do offer no hidden fee. But I'm puzzled by the price disparity between shop Vs FL advertised. So I guess I should be expecting a lot of bait and switch for those shop due to its price?

Just to be fair, most of the shop can only officially offer HJ and perhaps BJ in some case. For FL, that's a nono and a private discussion between u and the therapist.

The only place that offer FL as far as I'm aware are the individual apartment type? But it's way too risky for any shop to offer FL...my two cents
