Many of us do not have happy childhood. For a person to grow up emotionally healthy, it is important to the person to receive sufficent love, acceptance and affirmation from people important to us (eg our parents/caregiver/friends). For people who grows up without these, there usually is an emptiness/void within them, many thought they are the problem, they are not smart/ strong/ too fat/etc thats why they dont receive the love/ concern/acceptance that we all yearn for. Many develop poor self image withdraw into their shell or some become aggressive to fight for what they want.

Psychartrists says many people did not receive sufficent love/ concern/ acceptance/ affirmation and grow up in life with much pain and hurts. Some go into drugs to find relief. Many such people (especially guys) turn to pornography for quick pain relief from hurts and rejection. This doesnt mean you cannot be successful, there are many successful people out there who still feels empty and even miserable becaause of emotional emptiness. Im sure there are sme rich bros out there...

What is the point here? Many of us are emotionally hurt (we are not as macho or gungho as we hope) from our childhood days and we are still feeling empty inside to this present day.
