The late night / last slot booking is a strategy employed by some cheongsters. Their logic is last slot maybe have chance to overstay (since no more customers), suggest off menu items (no more customers so ML no need to conserve energy), suggest supper / bring her out and even try their luck to sleep over.
These are all shared by MLs. While I don't deny maybe some will get lucky but believe the success rate is rather low. More likely is like what you mentioned, service will be compromised as ML is tired by then.

If you mass sms out that kinda time, you might hit one that will accept. Likely to be one with little business, which means likely you are gonna get sub standard services or a top up if any. The popular ones will probably be tire out in the day time and rather rest than accept such nonsense timing.
The ML would also want to avoid trouble during such hours as the likelihood of fishes and drunkards are high.
Good hits are low possibilty. In fact good hits are better in the day.

I am referring to those dragging their stay there, pestering , up to an hour , ML paiseh to ask for payment (dicky move) . So they gained their "extra milage" want to over night ask first simple.

previously I book hot ML at late night slot 9pm . was not a very gd session. can see she is sort of exhausted , or probably kenna difficult customers for that day. so imagine booking one at 2a m
nowadays I usually book early afternoon and also some ML like to off the lights during nighttime , day time off light also no problem, can see ML in full glory
So far, the few times that I managed to get slots is 8.30pm or 9pm... Coz daytime working, asked for night slots only got those.. Indeed feels like they're tired after the whole day and the standard not as ideal as the MRs out here..
Sigh.
