I confirm that the face and fig is not accurate..facial tone has been removed in the photo to make her look younger.. Else photo was probably taken few years back.. Boobs could be fake to me but not sure.. Service wise still passable.. Friendly lady.. However, some might not pass her as syt.. She is heavy btw.. That's the beauty of image search, you use the picture to do the search.

If using Chrome, right click on picture and select "Search Google for this image".

Do note sometimes the original image is "reversed" i.e. a mirror image is shown instead.
For reverse image search using Chrome, can install extension TinEye.

Firefox addons: install Google image search and Google reverse image search, choose the latest available.
