At all massage, birthday suit is the norm. Even if trousers are provided, I cant fit into them with my big belly :P

Talking about massage, yesterday after a round of Golf, I was driving around the whold of Nagoya looking for a massage place that wasn't full, it was about 4pm and they were telling me have to wait for min 3-4 hours...

Just checked into my regular hotel. Exchange rate I got today is 7,010. Not sure if this is a better than normal rate but I've been using this shop (it's opposite hotel sari jaya and is in a shop selling ladies accessories) for the past 9 months at least.
