I find it hard to believe you never been to Batam before, when you can say carefour is eyeing the dollar.

This one is due to open this month and it is next to the ferry. Obvious who the targets are is very clear.

Another one is being built and located infront of Angrek Mas2, next to sukajadi.

The prime areas are sold out liao, even I am the first few to take a peep at the shops for sale. It is taken up mainly buy the developers or friends who would sell at a later time when prices are good.

Come to batam for a spin, and you will see how your people are faring here.

You know, you should lease Batam to singapore for 99 years, not like that H. Bibie fellow who wanted only 30 years for singapore lease. No business minded people would want only 30 years.

Can give a try, it will be a win win situation for all.

I know that last time victory1's FR and distribution of Robert's contact have some heated discussion and he stopped that in this forum. Anyway, Is there any way to find FL in batam other than pub and disco? Any contact to bring me around like Robert? I am not talking about chicken firm cause i can reach there by any taxi service.

U might like to try batu ampar area (near to batam harbourbay terminal).

There is a Harbourbay food court, Carrefour opening 28th Jan2010, and nearby have some Spa as well if i am not wrong.....

There are a few places I recommand for food and spa. Shop? Unless you know what you want, if not prices are not cheap for imported items.

Food - Hai Ow, the famous zi char next to the canal. If you are looking for seafood and got car, Batu Besar or pungol one is nice, although abit far. Golden prawns is abit more ex, catered to tourist, quality so so.

Spa? With specials? the list is on my thread.

Nobody is always lucky, I also kanan a gal who limited me to 2 shots per booking (See my previous FR at Memory KTV) or after 1 shot, alamak! her period come. Then no choice, have to let her go back. Very much depends on our luck man. I always try to make the gals happy. So sometimes can get 1 more extra shot lo…...ha…ha…ha……

Yes Mr P, I have pass tips to many bros who have PM me, especially asking for gal’s name. From the feed-back and comments, it is very difficult to satisfy their request, eg. Look 7/10, they said not pretty enough lah. Give breast C-cup, they said got tummy lah, Give D-cup, they said she is too plump. So how? As some bros have said, “One man meat is another man poison”. So I wouldn’t be giving any gal’s name anymore. Difficult to meet individual standard lah. Apologies.

I suggest those bros. with deep pocket can go to Newton Hotel to try those higher end. I believe the gals there should be very beautiful but the price is between 1 to 2 juta. The gals are classify as A, B & C. So choose until you are sextify. Good luck.

One day I will also go to Newton Hotel to try the higher end gals to see how beautiful they are. Model or TV Star? Let see.

ermmm...since when i'm a guy?? hahaha....oh well...i already book my spa session at eska (nagoya) and will be staying @ i-hotel with my galfrenz.
do not have any transport...so will be taking the cabs for most...which is y i wanna find a nice n cheap makan place not too far away from the hotel.

golden prawn is cfm out for me....i mentioned it in my previous post as it is 1 of the few "popular" makan place dat ppl always mention online and that is y i come here to ask u guys de opinion. hahahaha....
