Even the ban has expired, it does not mean the ban has been lifted. ICA will review if she attempt to enter singapore again, that means ICA may not let her in at all.

A letter is to be written to ICA, for them to review and approve her entry. Unless ICA reply with a official approval letter "subjected to several terms and conditions", her visit to singapore is way to risky.

You are in a state of denial. If you continue to be in this state then you will achieve nothing in life. Move on and I hate to say what you already knew but I must still say it "there is a forest out there" and why settle for one tree.

Bros, need some advice.

Tried to bring a PRC girl over. She applied for Singapore visa in China, got it, but was turned back at Changi Airport. First time to Singapore.

If she has been turned back once, is she black-listed for good? I am pretty sure she has no criminal record, nor done FL work in Singapore.

Just trying to figure out if it is worth her trying again, but I go get her and fly into Singapore with her.

Bro, if the visa is approved. There is no reason for the ICA to turn her away at changi airport. Unless she doesn't have a return air ticket(Not sure if I am correct). for all visitor to Singapore, they must have a return air ticket. I think I saw the T&C at the ICA website. Correct me if i am wrong, senior bros out there.

Hi jjlsk777,

You are correct any PRC entering into Sin must have a return air ticket and not only that they personally must have substantiate amount of cash to declare custom in order to prove they are here not earn cash through any illegals services. Otherwise when A visa is approved there's no way custom would reject them coming in.
