The answer is that girl can come back, just prepared for that she will be detained for questioning at the airport for sure.

My previous experience is that girl should have accommodation arranged, hotel address is better than home address. Then the officer will ask about the reason for visit, hope your girl have a legitimate reason like holiday or visit friends.

One thing i havent tried is to invite girl to SG to watch a concert during the holiday period, not sure if showing the concert ticket adds more legitimacy to the visit.

Watch a concert is a one night event...so how long she planned to stay...if stay long then red flag...for sunsequent visits...

it does add, but does not guarantee legitimacy of the visit. custom will still ask other questions and checks

Nope...best ask the gal to apply for visa to see if approved...if not then may get U-turn at Changi airport...

I tried yesterday already. Apply same day and rejected same day wasted my SGD$30. We will see if once visa free how many will try and get U-Turned.

It"s pure stupidity to try and challenge an ICA decision.

They cannot be brought to court. ICA officers are given full discretion as the gatekeepers to Singapore on who to turn away, and who to let in.

you might as well save the lawyer fees
lawyer will just look at you with a dumb face with your request

whether you use a lawyer or you appeal yourself, it will be the same. because its not a legal issue.
