A bit frustrated from first two days beacuse I cannot see my posts. Well, I understand, I'm new and you don't know me. But now, I'm glad that I have gained your trust.

You have not gained any trust whatsoever. The process of removing moderation from a new account is fully automated. Humans play no part in the process. It's done by a software script.

If x + y > z, moderation is removed

x = number of posts
y = number of days since signing up.
z = parameter designed to detect spammers.
