To be honest the guard there is nowhere near as intrusive as Aini one cos that one cannot siam at all u will walk past them.
This one the guard is far away at the drivers gate side (left) while the pedestrian gate is on the right. So for a guard to approach you you have to look either super suspicious, or the guard has to shout at you from like 10-15m away.
But of course this is not going to be as fuss free as condos with no guards.
