the MLs are unlikely and unable to get a unit via propertyguru if that's what you are referring to

although they are renting condos, most are renting in 10-day blocks so of course they are charged like hotel rates
and no, they are not dealing with the owner of the unit, there is a middle man that charges a mark up for "taking the risk" hence the exorbitant rental

Rental is about 7k plus, why some mls persisted in the rental because these units rented are close to roads...can view outside to see what is the incomings and outgoings to avoid AVs with heighten security...coupled with subscriptions to different databases and work passes...its close to 10k. Anything beyond that will be their earnings...

Assuming they work everyday, the 4th customer daily will be their earnings...any numbers below 3 customers...they are using these to pay the above

LOL bro, you think they can rent as per normal? Most of them can't even get a visa to stay for long enough to rent a condo.

There is a middle man who is earning the difference. So if you rent for 3k,you sublet for like maybe 200 a day so you charge 6k and earn 3k for the risk.

Highly illegal obviously but its good easy money that some would want to do. Most are not 450 la. I hear from 150 for quite poor locations to 300 for really one of the best locations I have seen. 450 must be very big and secure.

This thai ML is very unlikely to be able to add you into the database. She may not even known the exist of these databases as her bookings are managed by agents.

I *believe* I managed to get back in the database after...around 2 weeks? Just asked a ML from SLG and she said I have record now. I booked from the other sites then straight up tell them I want to be added to database, they help me add in my presence then showed me

wrt to those mls themselves...close one eye they helping me mah
