That was what Lil' Tiger theorized to me. Maybe he was trying to establish a distinct (high quality ML only) "market segment".

IIRC, SLG used to offer "full services" girls too. But in recent years, SLG only offered "local" or "mix" (mostly China gals) MLs only. (But no secret that some of these MLs selectively provide full services).
