I asked a lady why some of them are so insistent on having a look at us before letting us into the condo.

She said she wanted to ensure that the customer is alone, and not together with other people. That helps to assure them that it's not a raid.

Another way is also to put on earphones so when u pick up the calls it’s not so obvious if u are having a call or just listening to music.
