For me, I wait 15 mins that's it! And I leave. I don't care what excuse they give. I'm gone.

You know when they double book if no answer, or tell you "wait, putting on make up" or "just wash hair.".nonsense, lol. Giving you the wild goose chase is also stalling for time.

So 15 minutes, if I'm not in their apartment, I'm in my car heading off.

Also I will ask the next customer what time will come. If not given enough lead time, I will also be gone.

When it comes to proper customer service and respect , I am hard. Hahah

Don't think you are being hard or demanding, to me time management on the ML part is BASIC. It's her job to make sure the previous bro get lost on time and it's up to her to propose alternative solution if indeed is the previous bro an asshole who overstay and refuse to go. Simplest alternative solution can be in that form of discounted rate or if possible, push back the next customer start time, but this is usually tough if she is fully booked.

The worst type is she keep quiet despite starting us late, whine about the situation but offer no solution and ASSUME we will just pay full rate and fuck off on time.

but the thing is hard to confirm double booking or preferential booking

previously one ml I waited for 20 mins, radio silence . sent a msg to tell her I am leaving. HP msg status showed it was received 3 min later.

at a later rtm , asked abt aeroplane , she said that time hp was off .

So after 2-3 months trying out FLs in Dome 3 and other sites, I decided to try MLs last week to relax (and cut spending).
