I would not let a ML stand on my back and step. One wrong over strength step and it can be painful for a couple of weeks. Hand rub preferred but I supposed different people have different likes.

That's exactly what happened to me few week back. Costochondritis or chest wall pain. No joke...it was really a torture. I can't even take deep breaths as it hurts badly. A painful lesson learned. I could still feel a tinge of the pain after 3 weeks.
