69-style HJ does not mean 69 position, it's just a naming convention used, they could have used e.g. 99-style HJ instead to prevent mismatched "expectations" for both parties.

I've previously checked with some MLs and they said it's all posted by the OKTs without their knowing.

Anyway, as suggested by Bro jaydenboy, just verify with the ML before booking.
