If she say she is staying with you, it will be up to the ICA officer to believe or not.

from what i read, everything that she did are making her having lesser chance of coming in sillypore.

1) change passport and no declaring
2) 2 different references during the 2 attempts to come in
3) i guess she must be giving different places of lodging during her attempts to come in.

It doesn't matter she stays with u anot ... Importantly everything you write n declare must be the SAME as you said during the interview.

For example ....

Your gf say staying with you but then the address declared in the DE card is different from your NRIC ...

They are very good @ cross referencing ... Once they spot something wrong .... Good luck to you

totally agree,that time when i write the small note to let them know she is my girlfriend and also attach my name card,i indirectly tell the immigration i got nothing to hide and if got any problem can call me.

the more u try to hide something,the more things they will get suspicious

ok. I just write down my address on her DE card. and during the interview, it's up to the officer to believe. Will I be interviewed as well? Like will the ICA officer ask me also if she will be staying with me?

If so, the only concern i have is that if she got caught working here, I don't want to be liable for it. That's the top priority concern.

To wrap it up, so probably at the airport they will ask me how is she related to me. I say gf. and i have my address written down in her DE card. And just like you said since I am merely acting as her reference here and any law she broke i shall hold no liability. However, I might be subject for questioning.

I will call in to the immigration multiple times and see how and what they say because sometimes they don't want to entertain such thing but some officers do try to help you i think. I used to call in on the day she was denied an entry. One officer just simply say immigration reason so cannot tell me. another one got ask for her name and passprt number so that he can check for me.

and i will post it here once i got some leads. Thanks bros!

bro golden_question, what do u mean by letting her use my address to work? eh what details will be required on the DE card ah? I know usually there are 2 portion with a perforated edge. one portion is torn off and submitted to the officer during checking in. another one is she keep until she is about to depart?

actually a lot of things is not depends on u but on her record with immigration,if the girl come every month,they no need to think also know she is here to work.

why need to come every month?

sg so big until no time to finish visiting?
not yet take finish photo of the lion with a fish tail vomit water?
sg food so nice until have to come every month to eat?
not yet finish shopping at our long orchard shopping belt?

if come every month or come in at an interval of one month then should be very obvious they come here to KC yusoff ishak. there are those who r smart enough to come in at an interval or 2-3 months. it makes them less suspicious and those above 21 bring along a lot of cash and credit cards and tell the officer they wan to go casino i think... i know one WL who is quite rich bcuz she own a coffee shop in hcm. but still she just like to come to sgp quite often at irregular 1-3 months intervals. but not sure how true is that...

Yes ... questioning cannot be avoided if any ... liabilities I doubt so cause you are not the sponsor ....

AS for calling to ICA ... Yes .. general questions will be answered ... Specific related queries and questions wil NOT be answer whether calling in or email or even asking lawyer to write-in ....

Even they got your gf name and passport .. they also will NOT reveal anything to you ...

I wrote in numerous time and only gotten SOP answers .. so you can forget it ...

Like I told you ... being a reference to your gal is NOTHING wrong ... NRIC taken down is to check whether you are married anot or you are a criminal ... if either one is truth .. you are still okie. the only person affected is your gf as subsequent entry will definitely be DENIED ...

so end of the day ... it will only affect her and not you ....

just a quick question.

my wife is PR. lately she have been offer quite a job with attractive salary back in her country of origin. we are taking of moving there. of course that are alot of consideration.

1) will her PR get affected if we stay oversea for a long time?
2) how can we apply to rent out flat as it is less then 5years.
3) i will be apply 1year multiple entry visa for the time being until coming up with a better alternative.

any advice will be much apperciated.
