Really qutie pissed with this place, they imposed a 10% service charge on all customers, fine, this is a business decision and customers have a choice whether they want to go and pay but what is disgusting is that some waiters and waitresses still demand for tips....now as a fair person I would always give tips if they really give good service but most don't do shit and still want tips....worse still some of them fight over the tips! really leave a distasteful taste on customers.....I really hope the management can look into this if not they will lose more business to club jade leow....giving tips is customers' choice and not for you to demand....i heard from my fren a waitress in the hall still tell customer that he gave so little tips!!! my god....no matter what customer is still customer and this should not be the way

That is a surprise that this thing happen at such a nice joint... Hope the mgt know that customer service is one thing they should look into... Fighting over tips is really unacceptable.. In fact imposing the 10% svc charges should consider a form of tips to the waiters there. Customer that give offline is more of a token of appreciation then tips... Bro ME I agree with u on that... Hope that the cd mgt will look into this & improve it.. Really sad if I had to give up this joint...

To be fair, not all of the staff are like that, there are some who are really friendly and give good service, this type no need to ask, we will also take care of them, but it's those who kaykay come in during bill time and blatantly hint for tips and yes the worse part is like we give tips to one staff then the other staff like not happy as if she should be the one getting the tips....maybe this is why club jade full house whereas chinadoll seem to have more emtpy rooms nowadays....I try to speak fairly and objectively and nothing against this joint.

Yes, I think we should boycott this place, getting really terrible, service staff can suan customers nowadays, say things like no money to tip still come for what, no tips still expect us to serve you meh, this happens both at the rooms and the hall, I hang flowesr and one of the waitress whose name starts with E still say got money hang flower no money to tip me? omg...lucky I am a nice guy if I complain straight to the manager see if she can still keep her job or not.

Nope, alternate between paying them butterfly tips and booking, sometimes let them see you with other girls to make them jealous, but usually I will sound them out on the 2nd and 3rd sitting leow, if good quality I will go for the 4th and 5th try, if cannot, then just move on to the next pussy, plenty of pussies around
