The same safety rules applies to anywhere you go especially when you're alone.

1) Don't show off or act as if you've a lot of money or jewelleries (e.g. Rolex gold watch, Thick gold chain, Diamond ring, etc.) on your body.

2) Make sure your drink doesn't leave your sight as it might have a chance for a crook to spike your drink. They'll then rob your belongings after they carried you out of d disco or club.

3) Be nice to the people inside d place (just smile & say hello) & observe d rules of the place. Pls don't treat every Batam gal as FL or prostitute otherwise you'll be inviting unnecessary trouble.

4) Make sure you know your alcohol limit & don't get drunk otherwise whatever money or things on your body will be free for anyone to take once they carried you out of the place.

No need book transit hotel, just go for cheaper rate hotel, book for full day use.
like Harapan Baru hotel, rate around 230k rupia, thats less than SGD30.

Went delta yesterday, ended up paying 300k+ more as din really understand the lady and went for the additional mudbath .

The massage was pretty good though and the masseuse gave a pretty good hj.

Total dmg was almost 800k. Overall pretty good experience.
