Just came back from a trip and visited Delta Spa and thought I give a quick FR.
Based on the detailed info in this thread, I knew what to expect but still informed the receptionist that this was my first visit to the spa. The receptionist explained to me the difference between the executive and suite. Do note that this is not your final 'order'.
As I was rushing for time, I did not opt to use the facilities and proceeded to the 2nd floor for my massage. I was led to a sofa and attended to by a GRO who noted my preference and order. The GRO speaks fair English and she explained to me that if I opt for 2 sessions, then its only back massage; whereas if I opt for 3 sessions, then it will be full body massage. So of cos I opted for 3 sessions.
She also took my order for drink at this pt. I just asked for a bottle of mineral water. After a while she led me to the 3rd floor and to the room for my massage. The girl was already in the room.
I just get an executive room without the attached bathing facilities. There was a mattress on the floor but it comes with a hole for your face to put in. Like a massage bed over here but on the floor. There was a thin leather cushion that borders around the mattress. Its a functional room but the floor and the leather cushion are a little oily so need to be careful and dun slipped.
So I proceeded with the body massage. Overall the massage was good, thorough and hard - just the way I like it. The girl attempted to make small talk but communications were severely limited by our respective language barrier so there was not a lot of chit chat. Throughout the massage, things were more or less proper for the 1st 2 sessions.
Only where she was massaging my thighs did she teased the cock and balls a bit. But that was near to the end of the 2nd sessions and I was expecting the 'sensual HJ' to commence while I was on my back. So a little disappointed when it did not happen and I was asked to flip over.
And then here's when things got a little confusing. According to previous FRs here, the HJ is included in the price of the 3 sessions (which mean I dun need to tip the girl extra for the HJ). So I was a little taken aback when she popped the GQ and asked for 300K tip for the HJ. I tried to up the ante by asking for a BJ but she refuse.
Now up to that pt, she was doing a marvelous job of giving me a good massage and I was already planning to tip her. But her GQ threw me a curve ball and I did not know what to do except to naturally bargain down and she agree to 150K.
I did manage to roam her boobs though she did not allow me to do anything but fondle it. Overall for a joint that only allow HJ, I must say that her HJ skill was quite bad. At the counter when you are paying, they have your number tag so they know which ml was assigned to you. You can tell the counter girl that you wish to tip the lady that was assigned to you.

Bro,Batam is a place where one can go alone to enjoy,not necessary need someone to bring you. Base on my reading of this thread,people who go alone tends to enjoy their time better than those who go with company of friends whom they do not know very well. This is the standard fare (they also pay the parking entrance). Bargaining to get 10k discount makes no sense to me, when I plan to spend more than 1M for the cewek, dinner, entertainment, and I think the driver has a family to sustain.

First mistake. I wrote repeatedly here: don't go to the first you see. Pass one block, go to Jalan in front of Nagoya Hill, walk left, ask in many, you'll get the best rates at the last ones (not surprisingly). 5%-10% better rates can be obtained.

What I did on my last 2 trip is I went for breakfast (I take the first or 2nd ferry, ate nasi lemak and soya bean milk) at the bread shop near the harbour, sit close to the entrance, just hang around there and wait for cab to pass by and flag them down. paid 30K in both instance.
Also they are willing to offer real cheap price to drive you around for your stay. Cannot remember how much since I didn't take the offer.
