Fully agree with u on the preference and chemistry with different MLs. I can click with IC more and got higher gfe from her compared to TZ. TZ is also a gd ML who is worth a RTM.

I used to like petite MLs but preference changed as I grow older. Attracted more to tall MLs like IC now

to be fair, I am not certain of the process when they put up their advertisement on SLG but what I have heard from a few MLs is that they don't even know what has been advertised. Maybe the sharper ones who specifically asked the agent what are the options, would then select the services they want to offer while the blur ones may have just left it up to the agent to put whatever.
