YES, Rony's stir-fried dishes got the "wok hei" - and it comes from using charcoal - both at A2 and at Batam center. That aroma ever so subtly hits one's senses (無影中的炭鍋香). But somehow, after patronising so many times, I just find something missing at A2 outlet's dishes ... just missing something... so didn't write FR to share with samsters.
add green chilli puree not right... add lime also not right...add more lup cheong not right... add more pork lard (豬油炸) not right... tried different noodles same thing - something missing
