Looking for Condo/rooms for rental in Balestier/Thomson area

Hi bros,

Not sure if this is out of topic but I am helping 2 friends look for units in Balestier/Thomson area.

Not many options in the papers and thru agents so checking here.

Criteria
Condo unit(Single Room) or studio apt
Budget (800-1000)
Loc: Balestier/ Thomson / Paya Lebar / Lavender area (Outside Geylang)
This is for one person so size of room is okay but prefer room with attached washroom.

The budget is kind of low.. Condo / Studio in these areas easily cost around $2,500 a month.. Perhaps try individual room instead?

Closing this thread... was trying to help a friend find accommodations but since like there are still bros who like to zap for fun... sheessh

Anyway, I will help them search through more common means...
