help with mega

Hi all newbie here though this acc has been in use for relatively long but never post before.

can anyone advise how to bypass the mega bandwidth exceeded quota prompt?

i've tried all sorts of methods such as:

1) installing vpn, does not work
2) empty cache etc.
3) create a free acc in mega but still unable to download


experts please advise!
