There's no such a thing as sexless relationship unless she only wants you as a friend who she can really chat with. She could have given you these sex as she does not want to lose you as a friend but she vomited cos she's feeling guilty and dirty herself. Bro, not only taiwan can charge both. I know for a fact that in Thailand and many other countries, the law actually allows the victim to press charges and ask for compensation from their husband/wife and the third party, provided evidence is provided.
