I had taken a long walk from Lorong 1 to 26 and noticed that it was not the 'same' as in a few years ago! An interesting thing to note is that prostitutes were never present in Lorongs with odd numbers! Besides a few freelancers who solicit for customers on the dark streets and coffeeshops and a small group of girls managed by OKTs in the alleys, it was not the same as in a few years ago where freelancers lined up like a snake! There were also an increase number of 'watchers' working for the OKTs who look out for potential trouble! I could see police patrol cars making their rounds on the roads. Are the laws driving these freelancers away? What is going on?:confused:
