Betfair is quite a big thing in the west and I wonder any brother here use Betfair?

yes i do. its quite alright. u can give out bets like bookie. it is just that the commission is very high, like 5% of winnings only? when you lose you dont need to pay.

effectively in betfair you can hedge and we know that eat ball is better than give ball. be on the side on the bookmarkers to win. what do u like to do usually? eat or give??

The good thing about betfair compared to asian is that there is greater variety of options for ang moh style like 1x2 and many more. go to finals, go to semi... the payout for 1x2 can be higher than traditional ibc, sbo too.

There is another bet exchange similar to betfair but lower commission. I need to recollect. The color is purple. This can be better than betfair, due to the lower commission.
